Just changed oil here today. Very bad experience. First of all, they try very hard to sell their higher price oil. I asked normal full syn oil at base price 84.99, they try to change to ultra oil at base price of 99.99. They also tried to change the engine/cabin filters/wipes/differential oil/etc... They are OK, actually, I just changed engine/cabin filters last month! The worst thing is that they mass up my glove box when they check the cabin filters, dirts/oil finger prints everywhere!!! They did not perform vacuum/clean/top offs at all.. The new oil package shows 5W20, but I need 5W30, the manager kept saying that the package was wrong, this is very suspicious... Dude, the total price is over 119, you cannot do something like this!!!

Jiffy lube is best place to get an oil change. Vacuum and clean windows with the oil change plus free top offs is great . Also the guy that said they offered to top off his break fluid the mishawaka location doesn't even offer brake fluid top offs .
