Short version: It works. Nice staff. Archaic payment system from 1960. Long: Realistically I'd rate 3½ stars for combined service, availability, and limited parking. On a good day you can walk right in, maybe wait a few minutes in queue and pay your bill(s) at one of the desks then you're out the door. So in short, it works as it should. I rate it a little low due to the aforementioned limited parking spaces and the out-of-date payment options. This is the year 2018 and we're still experiencing fees being tacked onto most forms of payment. I see their unwillingness to update the system is causing their feedback score here to sink lower with every review in addition to the extreme startup cost. It would be easier for everyone if the fees were waived. No other business anywhere I know of has a 'convenience fee' for their services. One other gripe is sometimes you'll get behind a TON of people and up front is someone with a thousand questions or for some reason doesn't have everything together. Regardless, give yourself ample time to get to this location, wait a few moments (or not at all) and be on your way.
